HYDRAULIC PUMPS AND HYDRO-MOTORS

We service and deliver spare parts for the most significant manufacturers of hydraulic pumps and hydro-motors (ZF, Meiller, Bosch-Rexroth, Commercial hydraulics, Eckerle, Brueninghaus Hydromatic, Linde) on road vehicles, operating vehicles, car lifts, cranes and TSL.

HYDRAULIC DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVES AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL ELEMENTS

We perform services and deliver parts, gasket sets or complete units. Old and used segments can be well repaired for areas of the most frequent dimensions, for example: d=16, 22, 38, 40 etc. 

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

Hydraulic cylinders (double-acting, plunger and telescopic). We perform the following procedures with quality:

-  honning of old or making new cylinder pipes
-  repairing damages or making new connection rods
-  repairing damages at the bottom and at the muzzle of the cylinder
-  installing new GL-bearings
-  installing quality gaskets and gasket sets

TESTING

Completely serviced and finalized aggregates are submitted to testing on the testing table.
The control for accuracy on the tested vehicle is implemented strictly according to the protocol which is defined by the manufacturer. On demand, testing the aggregate is done on the field with the client and the service vehicle and all pertaining devices and equipment.

WARRANTY

This kind of serviced aggregate is given a warranty of 6 months for the actions performed on it, while the installed parts have a warranty according to the manufacturer (usually 1 years).
